Nancy wouldn’t automatically become VP. Biden is allowed to appoint his VP. Just like Nixon did when he appointed Ford when Agnew had to resign when he plead no contest to a charge of tax evasion.

Wasn’t the Army’s instant “about face” essentially an admission that Obama could never prove his citizenship in court?

Supposing the courts did rule that Obama is ineligible — what next? If all it would do is put stupid Joe Biden into the presidency and move Nancy the Bay Area Bimbo one step closer, then maybe we should quit while we are behind?

I guess I never understood the definition of “natural born” citizen. I always assumed it simply meant born on the soil. Never knew it required birth to two citizens as well. Good info as always.

If this case somehow manages to go forward, I’ll simply be stocking up on ammo in the meantime…yikes. Can’t imagine what it would be like if they actually tried to throw him out of office due to this.
